Crisis Response Team

RTPD  provides trained team members who compose the Community Response Team (CRT). This team is available to help the victims of Domestic Violence. The CRT advocate will maintain confidentiality about you and your family. 

Services Provided By CRT Team Members

• Providing emotional support to victims immediately following an act of violence.

• Identifying available Social Services to assist victims of Domestic Violence.

• Assistance in gaining access to a protective shelter, when indicated.

• Assisting the victim in the preparation of a safety plan for the future.

What You Should Know

• You are not alone.

• The abuse is not your fault.

• Abuse is crime.

• Children are affected.

• Help is available.
